When we are clear about what we want from the universe, then we are more likely to align with it. This is very true when we are looking for guidance or answers. We all have them. Some are healthy, some not so much. You probably don’t even realize how many things you do unconsciously everyday that may be affecting our effectiveness at work or our ability to focus. Our bodies love ritual.
When we are aware of our rituals, we can identify habits and lifestyle markers that may be affecting the quality of our day to day life.
